Understanding the need for easy access to your financial documents, we've created a guide to help you find all your ProfitPath invoices in one secure location. Even if you encounter email issues or problems with Stripe, this guide ensures you always have access to your billing history.
Step 1: Visit Your Dashboard
Begin by navigating to the ProfitPath Dashboard. Access it here: ProfitPath Dashboard.
Step 2: Go to Subscription Settings
Once on the dashboard, head over to the settings. Here, you’ll find the "Subscription" section, which is your gateway to billing details.
Step 3: Open the Customer Panel
In the Subscription section, click on the "Customer Panel". You can directly access it at Customer Panel.
Step 4: View Invoices on Stripe
Clicking the Customer Panel should redirect you to Stripe, our payment processing partner. On Stripe, you'll see comprehensive details about your subscription, including the ability to view and download all past invoices like below.
