How to Cancel Your Subscription on ProfitPath

Are you considering canceling your ProfitPath subscription? Before you proceed, we want to remind you of the alternatives that might better suit your needs. You could switch to a more affordable plan or speak with our team for guidance.

If you decide to proceed with cancellation, here's a step-by-step guide to make the process smooth and straightforward.

Step 1: Access Your Billing Settings

First, go to your ProfitPath dashboard and select the Subscription tab under settings. You can do this by visiting ProfitPath Billing Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Portal

Once you're on the Billing Settings page, look for the Customer Portal button.

  • Active Subscription: If you have an active subscription, the button will be active. Click on it to proceed.

  • No Active Subscription: If you don't have an active subscription, the button will be greyed out and inaccessible.

Step 3: Cancel Your Subscription

After clicking on the Cancel Subscription button, we will ask you a few questions and offer you to consider other options. Step 4: Cancel Your Subscription
