How to Cancel Your Subscription on ProfitPath
Are you considering canceling your ProfitPath subscription? Before you proceed, we want to remind you of the alternatives that might better suit your needs. You could switch to a more affordable plan or speak with our team for guidance.
If you decide to proceed with cancellation, here's a step-by-step guide to make the process smooth and straightforward.
Step 1: Access Your Billing Settings
First, go to your ProfitPath dashboard and select the Subscription tab under settings. You can do this by visiting ProfitPath Billing Settings.
Step 2: Navigate to the Customer Portal
Once you're on the Billing Settings page, look for the Customer Portal button.
Active Subscription: If you have an active subscription, the button will be active. Click on it to proceed.
No Active Subscription: If you don't have an active subscription, the button will be greyed out and inaccessible.
Step 3: Review Your Subscription on Stripe
After clicking on the Customer Portal button, you'll be redirected to Stripe, our secure payment processor. Here, you can review all your subscription details.
Step 4: Consider Your Options
Before cancelling, we encourage you to consider:
Switching to a Cheaper Plan: Explore our range of plans that might be more suitable for your budget and needs.

Step 5: Cancel Your Subscription
If you've decided that cancellation is the best option, you can do so directly through the Stripe interface. Once you got redirected, you need to press the "Cancel plan" button. More insights in the picture below. Once you did that, you cancelled successfully.
