RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.1 Instructions (2020)
Step 1
Once you are logged into your RLSS UK Account, navigate to the 'Membership and Clubs' tab.
Step 2 (Personal details)
Enter or confirm your Home Address details, Emergency Contact Name and Emergency Phone Number.
Once complete click 'Next'.
Step 3 (Type)
Select the 'Membership Type' you would like to sign up for, after you select the type an information page about that membership will be displayed. Click 'Continue'.
Step 4 (Employment and Clubs)
You DO NOT have to link an employer or club to continue with your membership. Please click 'Continue' and go to Step 5.
Step 5 (Benefits and Preferences)
You will now see information about the benefits with your selected membership category. You can also sign up to our mailing preferences.
You will gain access to all your benefits once you have completed the membership journey.
Step 6 (Gift Aid and Payment)
If you would like to sign up to Gift Aid please tick the box and agree to the membership Terms and Conditions.
Choose a payment method option. (Payment option vary depending on the membership category).
Step 7
Once you have completed the payment stage, you will receive a welcome email, and a payment confirmation. You will be taken back to the Membership and Clubs area, where you will have access to your benefits.
RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.2 Instructions (2024)
1. Login to your RLSS UK Account at https://rlssuk.tahdah.me/login.
2. Click "Memberships & Clubs".
3. Fill in the mandatory fields.
4. Click "Next".
5. Click "Select" on the membership category you wish to select.
6. You will then be shown the membership benefits for that category.
7. Click "Continue".
8. You will now be presented with membership options that you can toggle on or off.
9. Click "Continue".
10. If you are a UK tax payer then you can opt to give us gift aid which will give us an extra payment from the UK government.
11. Click the checkboxes to agree to the terms and conditions as well as the data sharing agreement.
12. Click to select a payment option.
13. Click to agree to the "terms of service".
14. Enter your payment details. For direct debits please see the user guide here.
15. Click "Submit Payment".
16. You will then get a confirmation that the membership has been applied. Any CPD's that are included in the membership will be unlocked within 2 hours.
