If you lose assessment forms (carbon copy forms you send to RLSS for processing) you will need to purchase more candidate packs from RLSS Direct. If you lose the assessment paperwork for the theory assessment you will need to e-mail compliance@iql.org.uk to request replacement paperwork.The compliance team will complete an investigation and there will be a fee to pay for the replacement paperwork.
