For Username
Step 1
Click here to visit the RLSS UK webpage to begin the process for if you have forgotten your Username.
Step 2
Enter the email address you have linked to your RLSS UK Account and click 'Send Username'.
Shortly after clicking send you will receive an email with your username within it.
For Password
Step 1
Click here to visit the RLSS UK webpage to begin the process for if you have forgotten your Password.
Step 2
Enter the email address you have linked to your RLSS UK Account and click 'Send Link'.
Shortly after clicking send you will receive an email with a password reset link within it.
Step 3
Click the link in the email and confirm your email address and enter a new password.
RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.2 Instructions (2024)
1. Navigate to https://rlssuk.tahdah.me/login.
2. Click "Forgot your password?" or "Forgot your username?".
3. Enter the email address for the account in the "Email" field.
4. Click "Send Link".
5. If you have clicked "Forgot your username?" you will be sent an email with your username within it.
6. If you have clicked "Forgot your password?" then you will be sent an email with a link to create a new password. Click "Please click here to create a new password".
7. Enter your email address into the "Email" field.
8. Enter a new password into the "Password" field and then the same password into the "Confirm password" field.
9. Click "Change Password".
