How to View my Staffs' Qualifications and CPDs

As an Approved Training Center Coordinator (ATCC) you have the permission level to view your staffs' qualifications and CPD records.

RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.1 Instructions (2020)

Step 1
Log in to your RLSS UK Account.

Step 2
Go to your name at the top right of your browser and click on your 'Organisation'.

If you believe you are an “ATCC” of a company and it does not appear, here please contact us at tahdah@rlss.org.uk.

Step 3
Select 'Our People' and then select 'Staff'.

Step 4
This page will list all staff linked to the organisation click on the blue arrow and click 'CPD/Training'.

Step 5
A box will open displaying that individuals awards and training records

You will be able to click the Green Arrow on the right hand side to download a copy of their qualifications.


RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.2 Instructions (2024)

1. Login to your RLSS UK Account and navigate to the ATC/ATP.

2. Click "Our People".

3. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon.

4. Click "CPD/Training".

5. A full list of awards, qualifications and CPD's will now be displayed.

6. Some staff may have multiple pages. If you can't see the item you are looking for scroll to the bottom and check the next page/s.
