How to Change the Club Role of Individuals or Remove Individuals from your Club

RLSS UK Account User Interface v4.1 Instructions (2020)

Step 1

Log in to your RLSS UK Account.

Step 2

Click on the ‘My Organisations’ Tab.

Step 3

Click on the circular icon on the left-hand side of the club name.

(N.B if you have added a picture for the club this will be the picture if not it will be a number).

Alternatively, you can access it in the top right-hand corner of the screen. If you hover over the circular icon a drop down menu will appear which will display your organisations.

(N.B if you have added a picture this will be your picture if not it will be your initials).

Step 4

Click on the 'Our People' tab.

Step 5

On the right-hand side of each record there is a downward arrow. If you click on this arrow it will give you and option to a) Remove Person or b) Edit roles.

Step 6

a) Removing a person

Click on ‘Remove Person’. You will simply be given a pop- up screen to confirm whether you would or would not like to remove the person. Click 'Yes' to remove the person.

b) Edit roles

Click on ‘Edit roles’. A pop-up will appear with the individual's details and two boxes. In the ‘roles’ box you can remove a position by clicking the small ‘x’ next to the current role. If you want to add a position, click on a blank space in the box and the drop-down menu will appear.

Click on the role you would like to add.

Then click 'Save and Close'.

1. Login to your RLSS UK Account and navigate to the club.

2. Click "Our People".

3. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon.

4. Click "Edit Roles" to add or remove roles.

5. Click the "x" against the role to remove it or the role desired in the drop down list to add it.

6. Click "Save & Close".

7. To remove a person from the club click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon.

8. Click "Edit Roles".

9. Click the "x" against all roles as roles must be removed before the member can be removed.

10. Click "Save & Close".

11. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon.

12. Click "Remove Person".

13. Click "Yes".

14. The member has now been removed.
