How to Receive and Manage Enquiries for Courses

Guidance on how you can receive and manage enquiries for courses in your RLSS UK Account.

Step 1

You can manage enquiries in one of two places, either in the course itself (viewable in the 'My Events' section) or by clicking the burger menu (the three horizontal lines) at the top followed by "My Course Enquiries".

Step 1A (from course page only)

Click the "Enquiries" tab.

Step 2

There are 3 levels to each enquiry.

1 - The course you have received enquiries for - you can then open this out further by clicking the expand arrow.

2 - Messages from interested candidates - this level will show how many potential candidates have sent enquiries which you can expand further.

3 - Message content

Step 3

You then have two options:

1 - Reply to Candidate - send the candidate a message

2- Book Candidate - book the candidate on to the course

โ€‹Tip: If you receive an enquiry through the course you will receive an email notification.

1. Navigate to the course and click "Enquiries".

2. All enquiries will appear on this page and can be read and responded to.

Tip: If the enquirer has clicked the email icon in the course details page through course finder then the enquiry will not be stored here as they are emailed directly. This is to allow enquiries without the potential candidate having to create an account and login.
