How to add candidates onto courses

Guidance on how to add candidates to your courses using your RLSS UK Account (powered by tahdah)

Step 1

Find the course through the "My Events" option in your RLSS UK Account (powered by tahdah). You can find this by clicking the burger menu (the three horizontal lines) at the top and then clicking "My Events".

Step 2

Click on the "Bookings" tab.

Step 3

Click "Add Booking"

Step 4

A booking window will pop up. Enter the candidate's surname and either their candidate ID or Society Number (society number is at the top of their RLSS UK Account).

Then click next.

Step 5

In the next window enter any mandatory information denoted by fields with a red asterisk.

Mandatory fields are:

Forename

Surname

Gender

DOB

Country

Once all of this information is completed click "Save and Add Booking".

There will be a pop-up window confirming the booking and the candidate will be added to the booking page.
