Step 1

Go to the course bookings page for the course in question (you can find this by going to the burger menu (the three horizontal lines) and clicking "My Events").

Step 2

Check the entire column by clicking the check box at the top of the theory paper column and then click the blue drop-down arrow underneath.

Then click "Generate Theory Paper Assessment".

Step 3

In the theory paper box within the booking, there will appear a download icon. Clicking this will allow you to download the candidate question paper, candidate answer paper and assessors mark sheet.

Once this is downloaded you will need to print one candidate question paper and one candidate answer paper for each candidate and one assessor's mark sheet for the assessor. These must be stored securely in a sealed envelope ready for the assessment day.

All other rules regarding theory assessments from the guidance and syllabus must be adhered to.

1. Click "Bookings".

2. Click the checkbox at the top of the "Theory Paper Assessment" column. This will select all candidates for this column.

3. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon below the column.

4. Click "Generate Theory Paper Assessment".

5. Click the cloud icon button to download the theory paper. This will be the same paper for all candidates on the course.
