How to Enter and Submit Assessment Results

Guidance on how to enter and submit assessment results for courses in your RLSS UK Account.

Step 1

Go to the course bookings page for the course you want to upload the results for (this can be found by clicking the burger menu (the three horizontal lines) and then going to "My Events").

Step 2a

Individual results

To upload a result for an individual, click the check box in the row by their name (this will say awaiting result) and then click the blue circle with a drop-down arrow at the bottom of the column (as shown below).

Then select the result - Pass or Fail.

Step 2b

Results for an entire column

Click the check box at the top of the column to select all results in this column.

Click the blue circle with a drop-down arrow at the bottom of the column and choose Pass or Fail.

*Be careful with this method as it will overwrite all existing results in that column, however you can check the column and then uncheck any candidates you wish to receive a different result and come back to them.

Step 3

Once all results are entered the "Create Course Report" button will change from a lighter to a navy blue and become active. Click this to submit the results.

Once you have clicked the 'Create Course Report' button a pop-up window will appear warning you that if you submit results then you will not be able to make further changes. If you are happy with the results click "Ok" in the bottom right or if you need to make further changes either click the "X" in the top right or click outside of the window.

Once you have clicked "Ok" the results are submitted with pass results shown in green and fail results in pink.

1. Click the checkbox at the top of the column if you want to enter the same result for all candidates.

2. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" at the bottom of column.

3. Click the required result.

4. Alternatively click each checkbox in the teal coloured boxes for each candidate with the same result.

5. Click the blue "Toggle Dropdown" icon.

6. Click the required result. Then repeat steps 4-6 for any other results.

7. Repeat the processes above until results for all modules have been entered.

8. Click "Create Course Report".

9. Click "Yes" to submit or "No" if you need to go back and make changes.

10. This will then show all passes in green and any fails in pink.
