Click on My Details and then the Application you’re looking to complete, e.g. NWSMP Online Renewal Application.

The application will appear in the window below
Step 4
Complete the application by selecting the relevant option(s) from the list, you can do this by clicking the checkbox.
Step 5
Submit the application by clicking ‘Save Form’.
Your application will be reviewed by a member of the team within 7-days and you will receive a notification on the outcome of your application.
