An Approved Training Centre or Provider should conduct an Internal Quality Assurance check of every Trainer and Assessor they use on an annual basis. The check should be completed on course delivery and assessment.

Checks should also cover the range of qualifications the Approved Training Centre or Provider deliver. This may mean if you have one Trainer delivering multiple qualifications, they may have more than one check conducted annually.
