If you have lost access to your First Aid resources due to not delivering a First Aid course within a year or not sending in your annual IQA, please do not worry.

You simply need to contact the RLSS UK Compliance team on 0300 323 0096 when you are due to deliver your next course. You will be granted temporary access to your resources and asked to ensure the completion of an Internal Quality Assurance check.

The check will need to be sent to RLSS UK to gain full access to your resources again.
