Mobile application
Select Settings > Staff.
Select Deactivate
in the staff member's row. The staff member is shown as deactivated.
Note: To reinstate a staff member, select Reactivate 
in the staff member's row.
Web application
You can deactivate a staff member to disable their ability to access the application.
Select Settings > Staff.
Select Deactivate
in the staff member's row. The staff member is shown as deactivated.
