Our standard turnaround time for background checks is one to two hours during our business hours, which are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, and Sunday, 1:00 AM to 3:00 PM EST. If a report is submitted outside these operational hours, it will be added to a queue for processing during the next business hours. Additionally, federal holidays or other closures, such as Memorial Day, can impact processing times as new and pending requests are queued until operations resume. If a report is taking longer than our typical turnaround time, we may still be waiting on a state/county court search directly. In these cases, we will notify you and let you know we are still awaiting results.
