What Causes the "No Screening Requests" Message?
This message occurs when the email address you’re logged in with does not match the email address the screening invitation was sent to.
How Can This Be Fixed?
Open the invitation email and find "Your Log In Email."
Ensure there are no typos in the email address.
Go to the "Settings" section of your renter account and check the email listed.
Compare the email from Step 1 with the one in Step 3. They must match exactly.
