The Credentialing process requires three verification documents from the end user:
Signed rental application that authorizes a credit/background check
A completed & signed tenant application to show that the end-user has a permissible purpose for obtaining the report. The authorization should state that the consumer is agreeing to a background check and credit check being run on them. Blank rental applications will not be accepted.
The end user’s driver's license for end user identity verification
Government Issued photo identification that matches the name on the end user account (Driver’s License, Passport)
Proof of property ownership or management/listing agreement
The end user should submit a document that confirms that they own the rental property. The name on this document must match the name on the client's account. Utility Bills are NOT acceptable. The following documents are acceptable:
Property title
Tax Record/Bill
Deed
Homeowners Insurance
Mortgage Statement
Closing Statement
Copy of HUD-1 Statement
