To verify your applicant's income, deposit history is collected directly from their bank. To do so, we need their permission and participation. The applicant gives this permission by logging in to their bank through a secure channel provided by the bank. Rest assured, sensitive credentials are never retained.

It's very important that the applicant log in to a primary deposit account to assess income. For example, logging into your credit account will show no income when using Payscore.
