We have our own package which is the RentPrep Background check. This report is hand compiled by an FCRA certified screener who uses multiple databases and additional searches to provide the most accurate report for you.

We do resell TransUnion's SmartMove report since a full credit report needs to come directly from a credit bureau. Although we do not generate this report, our screeners are trained to help you with any questions about the report. We offer additional add-ons to the SmartMove which includes a judgment/liens and income verification. Unlike SmartMove's "Income Insights" our income verification product is verified information.
