Integrating Shapes with JumpCloud allows you to automatically provision and deprovision JumpCloud accounts.
Whenever an employee is added to Shapes, they will automatically be created in your JumpCloud account
Whenever an employee’s data is updated in Shapes, the data will automatically be updated in your JumpCloud account
Whenever an employee is terminated in Shapes, they will be automatically deactivated in your JumpCloud account
How to set up the integration
All Super Admins can integrate in 3 simple steps.
Step 1: Enter Shapes' Account Settings -> Intergrations -> JumpCloud
Step 2: Click connect and open the fields for the JumpCloud API Key
Step 3. Enter JumpCloud, click on your name and then "My API Key"
Step 4: Click Generate new API Key and copy it
Step 5: Paste the copied API key into Shapes and click "Connect"
What data from Shapes is automatically synced to JumpCloud?

Important to note: The JumpCloud API is based on the permissions of the user permission level in JumpCloud. If the user cannot see specific data, none of this data will be imported to JumpCloud.
