Checking Integration Run Status
Each integration's details page in Account Settings → Integrations shows when it last ran, in your local date and time.
Editing a Field Mapping
For integrations that sync employee data by field — currently Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, and JumpCloud — the field mapping between Shapes and the provider can be edited by admins, without contacting Shapes Support.
When you connect the integration, the connect wizard includes a mapping screen.
For an integration that is already connected, open that integration in Account Settings → Integrations and click Manage to reopen its mapping screen.
Applying specific sync filters still requires Shapes Support. Some integrations have their own exceptions to this — check that integration's own article for details.
