Through Yoti, you can confirm your age in one of the following three ways:
1. AI-Based Facial Age Estimation
You take a photo of your face.
An AI analyzes biometric features to estimate your age.
2. ID Document Scan
You upload a valid identification document (e.g., national ID card or passport).
The document is automatically verified and your age is confirmed.
3. Digital ID Wallet via Yoti
If you already have a Yoti account, your age can be confirmed directly using the verified data stored in your digital ID wallet.
2. Age Check Upon Delivery
An additional visual age verification takes place when the package is delivered.
The delivery driver may check a valid ID document (e.g., national ID card or passport) to ensure that the receiving person meets the required minimum age.
If the recipient is clearly of legal age, the driver may waive the ID check.
Who Is Allowed to Receive the Package?
The package may only be accepted by:
The intended recipient
A person with written authorization
An adult family member living in the same household
Delivery to neighbors is not permitted, as the age verification must be carried out directly with the recipient.
Important Notes
Orders cannot be delivered without successful age verification.
If a package is returned due to failed age verification, we will retain any incurred shipping and return costs.
In such cases, the associated customer account will be suspended, and all related benefits (e.g., Pouch Points) will be forfeited.
