Credit Card
For credit card payments, it is important that all details are entered correctly, your card supports 3D Secure (a standard in the EU), and you authorize the transaction. However, payments may still be declined due to automatic risk assessments, an expired card, or incorrect information.
Declined credit card payments usually result in the automatic cancellation of the order. In this case, you can simply place a new order in our shop. However, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method, such as bank transfer (prepayment) or Klarna.
