Currently, each Soundlink account can connect one TikTok channel per Organic Growth campaign. Multiple account support isn't available as a built-in feature yet, but there are a few ways to work around this depending on your setup.

How it currently works

When you create an Organic Growth campaign, you select a single TikTok channel to post to. That channel is tied to the campaign for its duration. You can connect different TikTok accounts to different campaigns, but you can't run a single campaign across multiple TikTok accounts simultaneously.

Workarounds for labels and artists managing multiple accounts

Option 1: Create separate campaigns per account

The most straightforward approach. Set up one Organic Growth campaign per TikTok account. Each campaign runs independently with its own schedule, creatives, and analytics. This works well if each account is promoting a different track or has a different audience.

Option 2: Use one primary account per track

If you're managing multiple artist accounts, we recommend designating one TikTok account as the primary account for each track promotion. Post Soundlink-generated content from that account and cross-post or repost to secondary accounts manually.

Option 3: Switch channels between campaigns

If you want to rotate which TikTok account gets Soundlink content, you can run campaigns sequentially — ending one and starting another with a different channel connected. Not ideal for simultaneous promotion, but works for time-separated rollouts.

How to connect a TikTok account to a campaign

  1. Go to Organic Growth in your Soundlink dashboard

  2. Click New campaign

  3. When prompted to select a channel, choose the TikTok account you want to connect

  4. If the account isn't listed, click Add channel and authorise it through TikTok's login flow

Is multi-account support coming?

It's something we're aware of, particularly for labels and management companies running multiple artists. We don't have a timeline to share yet, but if this is critical to your workflow, let us know via the chat bubble — user demand helps us prioritise.
