Organic Growth lets Soundlink automatically generate and schedule TikTok and Instagram posts for your track — so you stay consistently visible without posting manually every day. Here's how to set up your first campaign.

Before you start

You'll need:

  • A Soundlink account with an active Organic Growth subscription (or free trial)

  • A TikTok or Instagram account connected to Soundlink (you'll do this during setup if not already done)

  • A Spotify track link to generate content from

Step 1: Go to Organic Growth

Click Organic Growth in the left sidebar, then click New campaign in the top right.

Step 2: Pick your track

Paste the Spotify URL for the track you want to promote. Soundlink will use the audio and metadata to generate short-form video content.

Step 3: Pick a creative direction

Choose a visual style (vibe) for your posts — Nature, Beach/Ocean, Travel, Indoors/Home, Nightlife/Party, and more. Soundlink uses this to match background footage and text overlays to the mood of your track. You can also adjust the sound and captions preset from this screen.

Step 4: Connect your TikTok or Instagram channel

Select the TikTok or Instagram account you want to post to. If you haven't connected one yet:

  1. Click Add channel

  2. Log in to TikTok or Instagram to authorise the connection

  3. Return to the campaign setup and select the newly connected account

Each campaign posts to one channel. To post to multiple accounts, create separate campaigns.

Step 5: Set your posting schedule

Set a date range, posts per day, and timezone. Soundlink recommends 2–3 posts per day for established accounts. For newer TikTok accounts, start with 1–2 to avoid triggering spam filters.

Note for Instagram: Instagram limits a maximum of 15 posts per day across all active campaigns for a single channel.

Step 6: Choose your posting mode

Under Advanced settings → Post Defaults, you'll find platform-specific options for how posts are published.

For TikTok

  • Auto-publish — Soundlink posts directly to TikTok on your schedule

  • Send to Inbox — Soundlink sends videos to your TikTok drafts so you can attach the official Spotify sound and post manually. Recommended for better reach — posts published with the official sound tend to perform significantly better

For Instagram (Reel visibility)

  • Share to feed (Default) — Reel is published and shown in your main Instagram feed

  • Trial reel — Reel is first tested with non-followers only. Instagram shows the reel to a sample audience and you can choose to share it to your followers manually if it performs well. Good for testing content before committing it to your main feed

  • Don't show in feed — Reel is published but won't appear in your main feed. Useful if you want the content discoverable via Reels without it appearing on your profile grid

Step 7: Review and launch

Preview your generated posts in the Content tab. You can edit captions, swap creatives, or delete any posts before they go live. When you're happy, click Create Campaign — Soundlink will start posting according to your schedule.

After launching

Track views, likes, and engagement in the Analytics tab of your campaign. Posts may take 24–48 hours to accumulate meaningful data.

  • If you're on TikTok and see posts showing Sent to Inbox status rather than Published, open TikTok and post them manually from your inbox

  • If you're on Instagram and reach drops significantly after posting begins, reduce your daily post count and space posts further apart
