You must have "Full Access" or "Limited Access - HQ Tools" permissions to edit registration content.
NOTE: When a sale item with inventory is attached to multiple choices or registrations, the same set inventory will be subtracted from across all applications of the item upon sale.
Sign in to "SportsEngine HQ."
Once in "SportsEngine HQ," click the Registration tab, then choose Registrations.
Locate the needed registration.
Under the Action column, click the three dots icon > Registration Site.
On the registration "Welcome" page, click Edit Mode.
NOTE: The registration must first be enabled to collect payments before sale items and inventory can be added.
Navigate to the registration question that needs inventory added.
Next to the correct option, click Attach Sale Item.

Click on the sale item to attach.
Scroll down and check the box for "Limit the total quantity to sell."
Enter the number of times the attached item can be sold.
Click Attach Sale Item.
NOTE: You can only update inventory on a sale item that already has inventory. Updates made to inventory will impact the sale item as it is applied across all registrations and invoices.
Navigate to the registration option the Sale Item is attached to.
In the Available to Sell section, click Edit.
Input the new inventory total and click Save.
