You must have Full Access or Limited Access - Registration Builder permissions to add to Registrations.
This article outlines how to add the USA Lacrosse question group to registration and the requirements for successful membership validation.
USA Lacrosse Member Number must be on the same page as the fields below. Also, a registrant’s Last Name, Birthdate, and Postal Code must match what USA Lacrosse has on file for that member number, or else the registrant will receive an error.
No required fields can be moved or removed from the registration session. Doing so will result in registration errors. If there are required fields you wish to exclude, make the fields hidden so they do not show up for general members.
Last name, Birthdate, and Email must be SportsEngine Profile questions, which can be found individually under Choose a Question when adding a new element.

How to Add a USA Lacrosse Membership ID Validating Question
Helpful Tip! If you already have a registration with USA Lacrosse membership validation fields, copy your past registration to save time.
Navigate to the Welcome Page of the registration you are creating.
Click into Edit Mode.
On the left side of the screen, click Add New Form.
In the Form Name field, input a name.
e.g., "Contact Information"
Click Save Form.
Within the new form, click Add Question or Page Element.
Under Add Questions, click Choose a Question Group.
In the search bar, type in "USA Lacrosse Questions."
Click on the USA Lacrosse Questions question group to add them.
After you add the USA Lacrosse Question group, find the question labeled USA Lacrosse Member Number.
On the right side of the question, click the gray gear icon > Edit.
Under The Question Format Is..., and next to Membership must be valid through, change the date of the validity of the USA Lacrosse Member Number.
If your registrants need a valid USA Lacrosse Member Number through August 31st, 2023, input that date.
Click Save Question.
Update USA Lacrosse Membership Number Validation
On the USA Lacross Member Number question, click the gear icon > Edit.
Update the Membership must be valid through: field to the necessary date parameters.
Click Save Question.
