What information should I provide for support team to resolve my issue?

When opening a conversation and explaining your problem to the support team, also provide the following information for faster service:

  • Email used in the transaction

  • Order ID

  • User ID

  • Item purchased

  • Date / Time of purchase

  • Screenshot of your game account

This way, we will already have the necessary information and can work on resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
