I haven’t received my voucher code. What can I do?

Voucher codes are sent by email, so please check your spam or junk folder.

If you have checked and still cannot find it, contact our support team providing the following information:

  • Date / Time

  • Email used in the transaction

  • Item purchased

The support team will check your transaction, and the voucher code will be sent to your email.
