Viral Posts: Understanding the "For You" tab
The For You tab, under Viral posts, shows you a daily selection of high-performing LinkedIn posts that match your interests. Instead of manually searching for inspiration, Taplio's AI surfaces posts you're likely to find relevant based on your industry, audience, and content goals.
What you'll see
Every day, you'll get 5 fresh matches tailored to you. Each post card shows:
The author's name, profile picture, and posting details (time since posted, follower count, and industry tags where available)
The post content (with a "...more" option to expand)
Engagement stats (reactions, comments, reposts)
A Why is this viral? Which shows our AI explanation what made the post perform well
Save, to bookmark the post for later
Remix, to use the post as inspiration and adapt it into your own content
How Taplio decides what to show you
Matches are generated using your AI settings, which you can view or edit anytime by clicking Adjust AI in the top right corner of the Viral posts page. These settings include:
You write in — the language you use for your posts
You work in — the industry you operate in
You are a — your job title or how you describe your work
You want to reach — your ideal audience or customer
You post about — the topics you'd like to start posting about
The more accurate and specific these fields are, the more relevant your daily "For You" matches will be.
Updating your AI settings
From the Viral posts page, click Adjust AI (top right).
Edit any of the fields using the pencil icon next to each section.
Save your changes.
Your future "For You" matches will reflect the updated settings.
Other ways to find inspiration
If the 5 daily matches aren't enough, you can:
Switch to the Explore more tab for a wider range of posts
Check Saved posts to revisit posts you've bookmarked
Viral Posts: Understanding the "Explore more" tab
The Explore more tab, under Viral posts, lets you search Taplio's library of 4M+ posts to find inspiration beyond your daily "For You" matches. It's built for when you want to research a specific topic, angle, or niche rather than rely on automatic suggestions.
Searching the post library
At the top of the tab, you'll find a search bar:
Type a topic, idea, or full sentence describing what you're looking for.
The search understands ideas and sentences, not just keywords, so you can describe what you want naturally instead of guessing exact phrases.
Discover topics relevant to your niche
Below the search bar, Taplio shows a set of suggested topics based on your AI settings (industry, audience, and content focus). These appear as clickable cards, for example:
Scaling SaaS Customer Support Team Operations
Optimizing Help Center Workflows For User Satisfaction
Best Practices For SaaS Ticketing Systems
Integrating Zendesk With Internal IT Systems
Leveraging Intercom And Notion For Support
Process Optimization Strategies For SaaS Support Leaders
Click any card to instantly run that search and see matching posts.
Filtering and sorting results
Once you've searched a topic, a set of filters appears above the results:
Published on — filter by when the post was published
Content — filter by content type (text only, image, video, carousel)
Creator — filter by a specific author, number of followers author has, or number of likes/comments post received
Keywords — narrow results by specific keywords/industries
Clear all — reset all active filters at once
Sort by — change the order of results (e.g. Most relevant, number of followers, comments or likes)
Working with results
Each result card shows the author, their follower count and industry, the post content, and engagement stats (reactions, comments, reposts). From any post you can:
Save it to revisit later under the Saved posts tab
Remix it to generate a variation of that post and publish it as your own

Viral Posts: Understanding the "Saved posts" tab
The Saved posts tab, under Viral posts, is where every post you've saved from For You or Explore more ends up. It doubles as a lightweight swipe file — you can organize saved posts into collections.
Viewing your saved posts
By default, this tab shows All my saved posts — every post you've saved, regardless of which collection it's in. Each post card shows the author, their follower count and industry, the post content, and engagement stats (reactions, comments, reposts), along with Save and Remix actions, just like in the other Viral posts tabs.
Organizing posts into collections
At the top left, click the All my saved posts dropdown to switch between collections:
All my saved posts — everything you've saved
Click the + button next to the dropdown to create a new collection.
Exporting and integrating your saved posts
In the top right corner, you have three options:
Embed — generate an embeddable version of your saved posts
Import posts — import posts into a collection
Export CSV — download your saved posts as a CSV file
