We understand that parting ways with a team member is never easy, but if you need to remove someone from your plan, follow these steps:
Step 1:
Go to Team & Permissions page.
Step 2:
Change the access level using the drop-down menu or click the " x " icon to remove a team member.
Step 3: Click Confirm
Once you click "Confirm," the team member will be successfully removed from your account.
Note: The payment will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis, and all content associated with that account will be permanently deleted. If the team member wishes to continue using our services, they can sign up for a new subscription independently.
