Please note that you can reach our support team through the Help and support module located at the bottom of the side menu.
Once you click this button, the chat box will appear on the right side of the screen.
In the chat box, you will be able to click on the "Chat with us" button which will open a new conversation window for you.
In the top left corner of the chat box, you'll find an arrow button that allows you to go back and view all your previous conversations, along with a brief overview of our Help Center.
In the "Messages" section, you can access all your previous conversations with us, and also open up a new chat from the same window, if needed.
