Please note that you can reach our support team through the Help Center & Support module located at the bottom of the side menu.

Once you click this button, the chat box will appear on the right side of the screen, automatically opening a new conversation.

In the top left corner of the chat box, you'll find an arrow button that allows you to go back and view all your previous conversations, along with a brief overview of our Help Center.

In the "Messages" section, you can access all your previous conversations with us.
