While Help Centers are invaluable resources, they may not address every question or resolve every issue you encounter. If you require personalized assistance, we are here to help.

At Taplio, we have established a dedicated support team designed specifically for your needs. To access this feature, simply open the sidebar menu located on the left side of your screen and click on the "Help Center & Support" button.


After that, you can click on the "Chat with us button", which will open a new chat with our support team.

If you click on "Messages", you will also be prompted with the "Chat with us" button in order to start a new chat.

If you are browsing through the Help section, you will also be prompted to begin a new chat.
