If you ever need to block your card immediately due to damage, loss or theft, we are here to help you quickly. Here's how:
1. Go to the section of your card.
2. There you will find all the options for your Ugly card.
Simply select Select “Report loss or theft" and follow the instructions. If you prefer, you also have the option to pause it temporarily in case of loss.
Also, if your card is lost, don't worry! Within the same blocking process, you will be able to request a new card automatically.
