How do I report my card lost or stolen?

Don't panic, we know it's a crappy situation. Luckily here at UGLYCASH we keep it simple. After logging into the app, follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Card directly on the Home Screen to manage your card.

  2. Here you will be able to temporarily Pause the Card if you want to look for it and then Resume the Card when you find it.

  3. If you wish to terminate your card instead, select “Report a problem” at the bottom of the screen and then select if the card was lost or stolen.

  4. Select “Request a new card” and confirmed that you want to terminate the card.

  5. Confirm your address to send your new card and tap on “Send me the Card 🔥"

  6. And that's it! Your Card is on the way.
