Unum Behavioral Health recommends a support pathway based on your current mental health status to make sure we provide the best recommendation for you. If you're unable to accept your support recommendation within 14 days, you will need to retake the support navigator so that we have an accurate picture of your current mental health status.
You can retake the support navigator by clicking on "Retake support navigator" on your Unum Behavioral Health dashboard. Once you complete the questions, the app will recommend a support pathway based on your responses.
