As many as one in five women experience significant and distressing mood symptoms during or after pregnancy. Commonly called postpartum depression, these disorders can also be referred to more broadly as Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorders (PMADs). PMADs are the most common complication of pregnancy, but they can impact non-birthing, adoptive, or surrogate parents, as well as their partners. Whether you are currently or thinking about becoming pregnant, have had a baby or pregnancy loss in the past year, or are a support partner, this webinar is designed to provide education on PMADs, including risk factors, common symptoms, and treatment options.

Be sure to check out the PDF version of the webinar and the Raising Resilient Kids worksheet, linked below!
