Self-compassion is the practice of showing care to yourself in moments of suffering, personal failure, or imperfection. Rather than simply tolerating, ignoring, or punishing yourself when things go wrong, self-compassionate people accept their humanity and turn toward themselves with kindness. This practice has been demonstrated to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and perceived stress. In this webinar your host will guide you in cultivating a compassionate mindset toward yourself.
