1. Open the navigation on the left and click 'User Management', then click 'Profiles'.
2. In the search bar, type in the name or the email address of the person's profile you are searching for and click the eye icon in the Actions column.
3. Under the 'Training Certificate History' heading, click the edit button in the Actions column located to the right of the cert you want to unarchive.
4. At the bottom of the 'Certificate Edit' page, click 'Unarchived' beside the 'Archived' field, then click 'Save Changes'.
