How to Schedule and Complete Training with an External Training Provider

Steps on how to schedule, coordinate and report on all external training.

1. Click 'Training Scheduler' in the 'Training Coordination' tab.

2. Click 'Select a scheduled type'

3. Click 'Training with External Provider'

4. Choose from internal catalogue or Skillko Product Catalogue

5. Select Training Name

6. Click 'Select a Type Training

7. Click this datetime field.

8. Click 'Add Date'

9. Click 'Select a Provider'(Add your own training if provider is not in the list)

10. Add Training Location

11. Add 'Project/Cost Code' if required

12. Select 'Type' (Price per course or Price per attendee), cost is divided for all attendees in Reports

13. Choose Notification types

14. Click 'Save' to schedule the course

15. Click 'Add Booking' if an attendee is not a user on your Skillko account

16. Click 'Assign Attendees' if the user is in your Skillko account

17. Click 'Select a Profile, Team, or Role'

18. Click 'Ok' to add users

19. Click 'Close' Attendees are notified of the course information and location.

20. Click 'Message Delegates' if you want to send specific information via SMS

21. Click 'Fulfilment' after the course is complete

22. Add their result individually or in bulk by clicking 'Mark all Passed'

23. Click 'Create Certificates' to use a template on your Skillko account

24. Click 'Mark Course Complete' and the certificates will be added to the user's profile

25. Go to Skillko Reporting

26. Click 'Training Spend Report' (Skillko Team can create this for you)

27. The Report automatically captures spend and can be exported to CSV
