Open the navigation on the left and click 'User Management', then click 'Teams'. Profiles in Skillko are exclusive to one team or contract at a time. This ensures proper management and association for training and administrative purposes. If a profile needs to be moved, it must first be removed from its current team or contract.
Click the eye icon in the action column located to the right of the team name you want to add the profile to.
Locate the bar that says 'Search for and add team members' directly under the 'Team Members' heading and type in the name of the profile you want to add to the team.
Click the name of the profile and they will be automatically added to the team.
To remove a profile from a team, click the bin icon opposite their name located in the action column.
Note: Profile is not deleted, they just won't be assigned to a team. This process ensures that profiles are correctly reassigned and associated with the appropriate team, maintaining organizational accuracy.
