What does the error message "There is already an account on the system associated with that email" mean?

1. When creating a profile the error message "There is already an account on the system associated with that email" occurs when the email address is already linked to a profile on your account.

2. Search the email address on the 'All Users' list to confirm the name on the profile.

3. If the user is not on the all user list search the Archived User list underneath.

4. You can then add them to your team or assign a course via the Trainer app.

5. If their profile is not active you can resend an activation link.

6. If their profile is active but they forget their password they can request a reset password email.
