If you are linked with one client:
1. In the 'Compliance Dashboard', click the 'Share Staff' button.
2. If the Client has shared Teams with you, you will be able to choose the correct Team from the dropdown list. If you don't see the correct Team, click 'Next'.
3. Search the dropdown list and select the names of the profiles you wish to share.
4. Click 'Next'
5. Review the Summary to ensure the correct profiles are being shared with the correct Client and click 'Share'
Once shared, you will see the notice 'Staff sharing successful!
The staff will be added to the client shortly.'
The client will have visibility of the profiles and be able to issue out any onboarding & Learn courses.
If you are linked with more than one client:
1. In the 'Compliance Dashboard', click the 'Share Staff' button.
2. Select the Client in the dropdown list that you wish to share the user profiles with.
3. If the Client has shared Teams with you, you will be able to choose the correct Team from the dropdown list. If you don't see the correct Team, click 'Next'.
4. Search the dropdown list and select the names of the profiles you wish to share.
5. Click 'Next'
6. Review the Summary to ensure the correct profiles are being shared with the correct Client and click 'Share'
If you are a Pro or Enterprise customer, please follow the steps below:
1. Open the navigation on the left and click 'Supply Chain Management', then click 'Client Staff'.
2. Click the eye icon opposite the Client you wish to share user profiles with.
3. Click the 'Share Staff' button.
4. Search the dropdown list and select the names of the profiles you wish to share.
5. Click 'Next'
6. Click 'Share'
Once shared, you will see the notice 'Staff sharing successful!
The staff will be added to the client shortly.'
The client will have visibility of the profiles and be able to issue out any onboarding & Learn courses.
