Outgoing transfers are conducted the following way:

  1. Select your FIAT account.

  2. From the new window, choose the "Send " option.

  3. Fill in the required information.

  4. Click on "Next"

The minimum amount for an outgoing transfer is 15.00 EUR.

Timeframe

What is the Expected Timeframe for the Transfer to be Executed?

Depending on the receiving end, if "SEPA instant" is supported by the beneficiary's bank, the transfer will be executed within 30 minutes. On the other hand - "SEPA Credit" is the standard procedure which may take from 3 to 5 business days.

What are the recommended steps if a transfer does not reach as expected?

In case the transfer is not received within the aforementioned timeframes, please contact us via the dedicated support chat channels.

Transfers larger than 4,000.00 EUR are required additional documentation in relation to the transfer due to internal and external regulations.

Common Rejection Causes

In case the transfer was rejected, double check the provided data in the FIAT Send Screen.

Common rejection causes are - Wrong beneficiary name / Wrong reference / Wrong beneficiary bank details.
