Can I publicly share details of a Wheely journey?
You must not share any details of journeys publicly. The protection of journey information is crucial to ensure the safety of data belonging to passengers and partners.
Journey details should never be shared publicly (i.e. social media sites, chat rooms, forums, WhatsApp groups etc), or privately between partners and other parties unless there is a legitimate reason to do so (e.g. you are subcontracting a booking to another Chauffeur within your partner account).
Any sharing of this type of data may result in immediate off-boarding from the platform. If you need to share some data, but are not sure whether you can, please don’t hesitate to ask our operations team on londonpartners@wheely.com.
Can I share passenger information?
No. Please ensure that you separate yourself from the goings-on of the passenger and please do not eavesdrop. In addition, please never share any personal details of your passenger with anyone, be it online or in person.
Can I take screenshots of the Wheely application?
No. this is a breach of our privacy agreement. If you are experiencing an issue with the application and need to show the Operations or Customer Service team, please send your logs.
