What should I do if a passenger requests to occupy the front seat?

There is no legislation that prevents the carriage of passengers in the front passenger seat of a Private Hire Vehicle. Wheely’s primary concern is the safety of passengers and chauffeurs. Please contact Wheely Customer Service, if you are unable to complete your journey for any reason.

If a passenger requests to sit in the front seat the chauffeur’s response should be, “Certainly/of course. Please allow me a moment to adjust it for you.” (as the seat will have been moved forward as per Wheely procedure).
