In line with our values of trust, we prioritise the safety and well-being of our passengers, their families as well as our Chauffeurs who are offering the best services to our passengers. To better support the needs of our passengers and their families we have introduced a new tariff called the “Kids tariff”. This offers passengers the option to request a vehicle with a specific child seat.

In order to maximise the number of journeys that you can take it is mandatory to have a child seat in order to have access to the Kids tariff. You are free to choose your own seat, but do keep in mind the following requirements:

  • Child seats must have a date stamp and not exceed 10 years;

  • We only accept ECE R 44.04, Regulation 129 and/or UN ECE (United Nations Economic Commissioner Europe) child seats - this may be described as either R44 or R129;

  • We only accept ‘Semi Universal’ child seats, which means it’s secured via ISOFix (International Standards Organisation Fix) points.

  • To have access to Kids tariff journeys it will need to serve groups 1-3 (age range: 9 months - 12 years/weight range: 9 to 36kg)

Please see below an updated list of examples which we accept, all of which are ISOFix compatible:

Once you buy your preferred option, please come to the Wheely Academy at Syon Park for a vehicle check in order to gain access to the Kids Tariff.
