In line with our focus on improving quality and ensuring that we continue to deliver excellent service to our customers, please be aware that we are continually reviewing performance in our ongoing efforts to maintain quality. If for any reason you are unable to continue to meet our standards you may be asked to attend a quality meeting to go over this in greater detail. If no improvement is observed then your account could be waitlisted pending further action.

Our passengers pay a premium for our services and therefore expect luxury standards. Ensuring that all Chauffeurs continue to uphold the quality standards we have whilst on Wheely journey is fundamental to support these prices that, ultimately, result in increased net earnings because these journeys are also more likely to receive tips.

Getting to Know the Reliability Metrics

Some of the metrics that we are monitoring to ensure that we continue to deliver the quality expected are as follows:

  • Passenger feedback and ratings

  • Acceptance rate

  • Being late to pre-booked journeys

  • Releasing pre-booked journeys close to the pick-up time

  • Missing pre-booked journeys by being offline

  • Double drop off at London Airports

How to Improve Your Metrics

Some initial things to consider would be:

  • Make sure you deliver the four initial statements in all journeys

  • Avoid calling our Customer Service team to un-assign you from a job

  • Ensure that both your car and personal cleanliness conform to the highest standards

  • Focus on your manners and driving style to provide the customer with the best possible experience

  • Regularly check traffic to plan ahead your on-the-way route to arrive on time for pre-booked journeys

  • Make sure that your notifications are on whilst you are waiting for jobs so you don’t miss any requests
