What kind of incentives does Wheely provide?
Our incentives come in the form of monetary rewards and are tied to specific days, hours, or the number of journeys you perform. By achieving set targets or meeting certain criteria, you have the opportunity to earn additional income and enhance your overall earnings. These incentives provide an exciting way to challenge yourself, surpass expectations, and be rewarded for your outstanding service. The incentives change regularly, so always make sure to keep an eye out on your app and your emails for current and upcoming incentives!
Where can I find the incentives I am eligible to?
All the incentives available to you will be listed on your Chauffeur app, by going to the ‘Incentives’ Tab. There you will find the progress of your currently active incentives as well as upcoming ones. Please note that all incentives you are eligible for are automatically applied on your profile.
Why I was not eligible for some incentives?
The eligibility for our incentives depends on factors like demand during specific hours and supply availability. Incentives may also vary based on your vehicle’s group class. You can find a comprehensive list of all the incentives tailored to you on your Chauffeur app. Stay informed and seize exciting opportunities that match your preferences and vehicle type.
Earning Guarantee Incentives for Chauffeurs
As part of our continuous efforts to support chauffeurs, Wheely periodically offers new Earning Guarantee incentives, usually related to various events supported by Wheely.
What Are Earning Guarantees?
Earning Guarantees ensure that chauffeurs earn a minimum amount during specific hours in a dedicated zone. If your earnings during these hours fall short of the guaranteed amount, Wheely will pay the difference.
To participate in this incentive, you should receive an email from Wheely, fill out a form, and receive a confirmation.
Please note, if you do not receive confirmation, it means that all slots were booked.
General Conditions
The terms and conditions of each Earning Guarantee incentive are subject to change.
In the form you receive to participate in the incentive, you can choose the time and/or date of a slot.
During the specified slot, you must be online and accept all journeys in the specified area.
After completing a journey during the specified time, you must return to the area and be ready to accept new journeys during the specified hours.
You must accept all journeys during the specified hours.
You should not have any reserved pre-books before or after your slot, which might affect the acceptance of ASAP jobs during the time slot.
If any conditions are not met, you will not receive the incentive.
How Do Earning Guarantees Work?
Wheely will pay the difference between your net earnings for journeys accepted within the specific hours and the sum of the earning guarantee for each slot as an incentive.
If the total earnings from jobs accepted within the specific hours are higher than the earning guarantee, Wheely will not pay additional incentives.
You can continue to accept jobs after the specified hours, but Wheely will not guarantee your earnings during these hours.
The incentive will be added to your account within 1-3 working days after the last slot, if all conditions are met.
Please note that performance metrics are key determinators to your eligibility on incentives.
